Since purchasing my home I've wanted to get my carpets cleaned professionally and tile/grout cleaned as well. I was extremely happy to see Mike's add with all of the services I needed provided (plus some). The week of our reserved appointment Mike contacted me directly to confirm that the time still worked for me, and I confirmed that it did. On our appointment date he was extremely punctual and was ready to get to work immediately. When I returned to my home it looked like a new place! The carpets was absolutely gorgeous in color and he had the majority of all of the stains come up. He also steam cleaned and sanitized the bathroom tile as well! No question, hands down the best, here's why: 1. Great customer service- professional, friendly, courteous & even arrived early. 2. Best price around. Don't be fooled by advertised mail offers, the price listed is not a flat rate. The "rooms" do not include stairs, hallway, closet... 3. Great results- This job was for a required move out but he went out of his way to explain problem areas & what could be done. He even got most of a stain that was there from original move in that was "professionally" cleaned as well! 4. The square footage was over the quoted price but there were no extra charges. Overall, very satisfied!
